A healthy beef and veggie dish
Stir fry the beef and onion in olive oil until meat starts to brown.

Add garlic, celery and carrots, cook for a couple of minutes stirring well.

Next add the tomatoes and zucchini.

Cook the veggies and meat for a few more minutes.

Now add tomato paste, spices, chilli, salt and pepper.
Stir in stock.
Simmer for 15 mins on a low heat. Add the oregano and chocolate.

Allow to simmer for another 5 mins on low heat until all veggies are cooked.
Serve with fresh coriander.
